Career Opportunities

  1. What roles would be a strong fit?

My strongest fit is in growth, CRO, and marketing roles where customer acquisition connects with sales and business performance. I’m also interested in commercial and partnership roles that draw on my experience leading marketing and sales in Vietnam and working across international markets. I'm especially drawn to roles where AI and automation are part of how growth gets done.

  2. What experience do you bring?

My experience spans CRO and experimentation, growth and marketing strategy, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and independent advisory. At audibene in Berlin, I drove 200+ A/B experiments across 11 markets. At Clevermann, I led marketing, sales, B2B sales, and partnerships. Today I also design AI-powered growth systems, from AI lead scoring to my own multi-agent AI team, and I've worked independently with businesses on growth and commercial challenges. Some advisory engagements remain confidential, so the published case studies represent only a selection of my work.

  3. Which markets are you open to?

Germany and Vietnam are particularly appealing given my professional background in both markets. However, I'm open to opportunities anywhere in the world. What matters most is the role, the business challenge, and the opportunity to contribute.

  4. What level of roles are you considering?

I'm not particularly attached to titles. What interests me is meaningful ownership, challenging problems, and the opportunity to make a difference. Whether that's a senior individual contributor or a leadership role depends on the organization and the challenge.

  5. What kinds of business challenges interest you most?

I'm particularly interested in challenges involving customer acquisition, conversion, marketing effectiveness, and commercial growth. I value opportunities where these areas can be improved through experimentation, better decision-making, and collaboration across teams.

  6. How do you approach growth and experimentation?

I start by understanding where customers drop off and why. From there, I develop hypotheses, prioritize opportunities, and test what works. My experience across international CRO programs has taught me that successful experimentation requires both analytical discipline and a deep understanding of customer behavior.

Advisory & Collaboration

  1. What can you help my business with?

If your business is investing in marketing but struggling to convert interest into customers, I can help identify where the opportunities are being lost and what to improve. I also help teams apply AI to marketing and sales operations, from lead scoring and routing to content production, wherever it actually changes results. And I support businesses facing broader growth, sales, or strategic partnership challenges.

  2. How would we work together?

It usually starts with a conversation. I want to understand what's working, what's not, and where you feel the business is getting stuck. Sometimes an outside perspective and a clear action plan are enough. Other times, it makes sense to work more closely with your team to turn ideas into execution.

  3. What types of collaboration are you open to?

You don't need a long-term consulting contract to get started. Sometimes a focused review or a few working sessions can help clarify the next steps. I'm also open to longer collaborations, team mentoring, and practical workshops when there's a good fit.

  4. Do you offer mentoring or corporate workshops?

Yes, and I prefer workshops that feel like working sessions rather than lectures. We explore real challenges, question assumptions, and use practical exercises to make the ideas stick. The goal isn't just to understand a concept, but to know what to do differently afterward.

Vietnam Market Entry & Go-to-Market

  1. Can you help international companies enter or grow in Vietnam?

Absolutely. I'm particularly interested in helping international companies enter, localize, or expand in the Vietnamese market. I've worked within an international growth business in Europe and led marketing, sales, and partnerships in Vietnam. I understand international growth expectations. I know what commercial execution takes in Vietnam. And I'm ready to connect the two.

  2. Are you open to full-time roles or project-based engagements?

I'm open to full-time roles, fixed-term assignments, and project-based engagements—whether that means driving commercial growth in Vietnam, coordinating a market launch, or supporting a defined stage of expansion. I'm flexible about the engagement model, but clear about the importance of ownership, accountability, and measurable business outcomes.

  3. Which parts of Vietnam market entry can you support?

My strongest contribution would be on the commercial side: understanding Vietnamese customers, adapting positioning, developing acquisition and conversion strategies, building sales capabilities, and establishing strategic partnerships. I bring hands-on experience in these areas and can apply it to go-to-market planning, working with headquarters and local teams to turn strategy into execution.

  4. Can you coordinate the broader market-entry process, including legal, tax, licensing, and business setup?

Yes. With the right mandate and qualified local partners, I can help headquarters coordinate legal, tax, licensing, and business setup as part of a Vietnam launch—keeping these workstreams aligned with commercial priorities. I would take responsibility for stakeholder coordination, timelines, and follow-through, while specialized advice, regulatory filings, and approvals remain with the appropriate professionals and decision-makers.

  5. Can you help before launch, or only after entering Vietnam?

At any stage, with the right scope. Before launch, the priority is to evaluate the opportunity and make informed decisions. During launch, it's about turning plans into coordinated action. After launch, it's about learning from the market and improving commercial performance. My hands-on experience is strongest in commercial growth and execution in Vietnam. I'm ready to apply that experience to broader market-entry challenges alongside headquarters and the right local partners.

About Me.

At audibene in Berlin, I drove more than 200 A/B experiments across 11 international markets and owned CRO for the Asian markets, delivering 20%+ cumulative conversion uplift in every market I worked on.

At Clevermann, I moved from optimizing one step to owning the whole journey: marketing, sales and partnerships. I grew the team from three people to more than twenty, doubled monthly signed contract value and cut cost of sale from about 30% to below 10% of revenue.

Today I build AI-powered growth systems. For a luxury real-estate developer, an AI lead system I designed brings 10+ prospects to the sales gallery every week, and my own AI team handles research, writing and video production.

My MSc in Economic Behavior and Governance from the University of Kassel shapes how I work: every number in a funnel is a human decision, and the best way to understand it is to test.

I also teach Online Marketing at the Digital Career Institute in Berlin and train teams on applied AI.

The 1.5 Seconds That Won in All 11 Markets

Every design rule says faster is better. At audibene I tested a deliberate 1.5-second pause in our questionnaire. It won in all 11 markets and was rolled out everywhere.

The Lead Form That Asks the Easy Question First

Most luxury-property ads ask "how many bedrooms?" first. I redesigned the lead form as a five-step conversation, and it helped triple leads while cutting cost per lead by about 75%.

He owns his decisions regardless of outcome, makes space for others, and is not greedy for credit.

Andrea CiganaMarketing Tech Full Stack Engineer, audibene Berlin · Former colleague

I worked with Khoa at Audibene, where he was a CRO and Marketing Manager and I was a Marketing Tech Full Stack Engineer — two separate teams that overlapped closely.

Khoa is the most committed person I have worked with. He has a solid business mindset — proven by the businesses he has built and worked across — yet always keeps the team's goals ahead of his own. He owns his decisions regardless of outcome, makes space for others, and is not greedy for credit. Beyond that, he is naturally good at building connections, positive to work with, and easy to approach.

If you're looking for someone knowledgeable yet receptive, reliable and genuinely invested in the business goals and people around him, I highly recommend Khoa.

Khoa and I have collaborated in multiple projects together, but the one that stood out the most is when I visited HCMC, Vietnam as a guest lecturer with a delegation of 10 MBA students from a German University. From preparation, organisation, and connecting us with different Vietnamese Universities - Khoa and his team supported us from A-Z leaving no questions open. During the trip he accompanied us to the schools and hosted our group in his company for a knowledge exchange. His knowledge about Vietnam and Germany economics, education, and law.

Thank you so much and I look forward to more collaborations in the future.
